About me...

I am Lorena Castillo Campillo. I hold a PhD in Medicine and Translational Research from the University of Barcelona, awarded Cum Laude.

For almost two decades, I have worked in neuro-ophthalmology, supporting many people with visual loss, including those affected by Leber hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON).

Today, my work also focuses on individuals who do not have visual problems but wish to improve their health and wellbeing through sustainable lifestyle changes.

In my clinic, I create a space where listening without hurry is essential, enabling me to understand each person’s story and support them while respecting their autonomy. My approach combines the best available scientific evidence with my clinical experience, always aligned with each patient’s values and preferences. I am committed to helping you make informed decisions through a realistic approach that brings together science and humanity.
